Insurance Industry Joins the World Climate Summit
ClimateWise, the insurance industry association, founded by HRH The Prince of Wales, that tackles the risks and opportunities of climate change, has joined the World Climate Summit. ClimateWise has more than 40 members representing some of the largest insurance companies such as Allianz, SwissRe, Lloyds and AXA.

"Insurers have a vital role to play in delivering the low climate risk world that will benefit people everywhere. ClimateWise brings together leaders from the global insurance industry to reduce the risks of climate change so we are delighted to partner with the World Climate Summit at this critical juncture to help governments, business and communities accelerate the transition. Michael Mathres, co-Founder of the World Climate Summit said, "The insurance industry has an important role to play in managing the risks and opportunities of climate change.
