Ministers and Delegates congratulate the Mexican Chancellor, Patricia Espinosa Cantellano.

During the pesentation of the draft of the Cancun Agreements, ministers and delegates who asisted to the COP16/CMP6, congratulated Chancellor Patricia Espinosa Cantellano, for her efforts in the recovery of the trust in a multilateral international spirit.
